Lucknow: Under the leadership of Yogi Adityanath, the Government of Uttar Pradesh is intensifying efforts to build a future-ready, technology-driven, and skill-oriented education system. In this direction, the Basic and Secondary Education Department, in collaboration with Invest UP and CSRBOX, organised the “Uttar Pradesh CSR Round Table 2026 on Future Ready Education” in Noida, with participation from over 100 corporate and CSR organisations.
Addressing the event, Sandeep Singh highlighted the major transformation in the education sector since 2017. He stated that more than 96 percent of schools in the state now have essential facilities such as toilets, drinking water, and electricity.
The discussions focused on implementing the National Education Policy 2020 through holistic, skill-based, and AI-enabled learning. Topics such as smart classrooms, STEM education, digital literacy, teacher training, girls’ education, and skill development were extensively discussed.
Several institutions also submitted proposals for collaboration in digital education, AI, scholarships, and teacher capacity-building, strengthening the state’s vision of becoming a knowledge-driven economy.
